1-bedroom granny flat, Gownie Pl

This is a brand new granny flat/studio conversion, attached to the back of our house. It is fully furnished and private. You will have your own large queen size bed, kitchen, lounge, breakfast bar, television and ensuite bathroom. Entry is by walking down the side of our house and through the backyard garden. My family includes me (47 y. O. ), my wife (43 y. O. ) and my two children (7 y. O. And 5 y. O. ). The children are very friendly and often play in the backyard, so you would need to be someone who doesn't mind young children being around! The good news is that they go to bed at 7:30 each night so there will be no noise after then. Our flat would be suitable for either a single student or a couple.
