Roughly 6 minutes bus ride to the University of Wollongong, when catching the free bus shuttle.

And just 3 minutes walk to the free bus bus stop from the property.

Property is close to many supermarkets (ie Woolworths, Aldi, Asian groceries), and less than 5 minute free bus ride to Wollongong Mall!!

There are currently three female uni students living at the property. So they would like another female tenant.

All amenities are covered except for electricity which is shared between room mates at around $10/week. Amount is subject to change from usage and increase in electricity prices.

There is one bedroom upstairs available for $170/week plus electricity (roughly $10/week). Heater electricity usage would be individually metered and would be an extra charge.

The room has floorboards and is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk and side table. The dining room and kitchen is furnished with microwave, and stove and electric cooktop. The washing machine is also included.

There's one bathroom but two separate toilets in the house.

Prefer someone who loves cleanliness who is happy to help with the chores in the common areas.

No pets or smoking allowed inside the house or on the premise.
