Clean, furnished room with air conditioning located within 10 minutes walk to the University. The room is completely private and fitted with a keyed lock.

Premises are fully furnished with TV, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Internet, water and gardening is included in the weekly rent. Electricity costs to be shared with other tenants (approximately $1 per day). Other occupants are from Sri Lanka and India and accommodation would suit Asian International students.

Shops, Cafes and Post Office are a 3 minute walk, free UOW shuttle bus stop 1 minute walk. On-site parking available.
