Rooms have own timber deck and a leafy view out to a fishpond and gardens. Just a five minute walk to the Woonona Circle shops, three beachside cafes, a 2 minute drive (15 minute walk) to the main Woonona business area with cafes, restaurants, wine bar, gyms, supermarkets, pharmacies and general shopping. Only an 650 metres to the train station

Large bedroom on ground floor with King single bed (or can have double), clean and very comfortable mattress, desk for studying, bookcase, double built in wardrobe, tiled floor with rugs, blinds and curtains, oil heater, TV and looks out onto the garden, large deck and a fish pond. Comfortable chair outside door on the gated deck and garden area for relaxing.

Room 2:
Ocean , park and garden views. Medium sized bedroom on ground floor with double bed, clean and very comfortable mattress, desk for studying, bookcase, double built in wardrobe and mirrors, carpet, blinds and curtains, oil heater, TV and looks out across the garden and fountain across the ocean and to a horse paddock to the side. Small timber deck (can be enclosed) with comfortable chairs outside door for relaxing.


Each room requires a $600 refundable bond plus two weeks rent in advance.
