Hi, We are 2 South Indian girls of age group 21-22 currently pursuing masters degree at university of wollongong and looking for a 3rd housmate(female preferable). It's a 3bhk unit which is right infront of the free shuttle bus station, each one has a single room with BIW, a mirror, a study table and a bed along with mattress. There is a separate washroom and bathroom with laundry to be shared among the housemates. The rent includes water bill only. Electricity(once in 3 months) and Internet bill($5. 42/wk) are not included in the rent. You need to pay bond amount which is 4 weeks rent along with 2 weeks advance.
