There are two bedrooms to choose from (at any time we only rent out one bedroom), see the attached photos:
* Room A, approximately 13 square meters, large west facing windows, queen-size bed. This is the one advertised with a rent of $210 weekly.
* Room B, approximately 15 square meters, large west facing and northing facing windows, double-size bed. This room's rent is $10 extra ($220 weekly).

Both rooms are fully furnished. In addition, a new bed sheet set (100% cotton) and a new bath towel will be supplied at the beginning of the lease.

* 100Mbps unlimited internet. Mesh WIFI setup, strong signal everywhere in the house.
* 50 meters to bus stops nearby, 10 mins walk to free Uni bus stop.
* 15 minutes walk to Figtree shopping centre.
* Other facilities include dishwasher, front load washing machine, cloth dryer.
* Garden space available if you love gardening.
* Have two dogs (Springer spaniel).
