The brand new granny flat is self contained with own bathroom and laundry facility, kitchen and living area. We seek two non-smoker female students. The 2 bedrooms has its own lock with brand new double built-in wardrobes. The granny flat is fully furnished with Wifi access. The two students will share the living/kitchen & bathroom area.
We have a back yard heated swimming pool which the students can use and have access to large outdoor area. It is not hot in summer and comfortable in winter.
The location is very convenient, less than 10 min walk to train station and shops and super markets (Harris Farm, IGA Supermart, Coles).
It has a large outdoor area and back yard with very green leafy outlook.
Less 10 min walking to Lindfield station, around 25 min train trip to Sydney CBD.

As the accommodation is classified as home stay, it is only available for full time students.
CLOSE TO: SYDNEY CBD and any other colleges/institution in Sydney SBD - 20 min one direct train from Lindfield to Sydney SBD
