4-bedroom shared house, Reserve Street

I have an unexpected vacancy in this 4 bedroom house. The house is fully furnished and water electricity and unlimited internet are included in the weekly rent. While there is no bond there is a cleaning fee which will be returned on departure if the house is clean.
The house is a 20 minute walk from the Uni and is on the Uni shuttle route being a 4 minute trip to the Uni, bus stops at the front door. Situated in a green leafy quiet area close to all amenities. There is plenty of off street parking.
I am looking for a quiet girl who will fit in with the other occupants (who are all female), who will clean up after themselves and do their share of the housework the lounge room is air conditioned, kitchen has a microwave and a dishwasher, the laundry has a front loader washing machine, all you need to do is bring your personal things and food. Are you that person?
Applicant must apply in person (I will not converse through a third person) and be an independent person who has the ability to manage themselves. The room is available from the 6th August.
