All laundry,toiltery and kitchen cleaning products are supplied. Students share one bathroom,owner has seporate bathroom. Students share kitchen with other students and owner,also share laundry. Separate pantry for students groceries. Family room available for students to share. Close to UNI,within walking distance,close to Free bus stop,and shops. Situated right next to a park,which is available for public use. Family environment. Student must be comfortable with pets 1 cat and 2 small pug dog. Rent for one room is $190. 00 per week everything included except food.. Bond is 2 weeks rent ,plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
