Three bedroom house which includes 3 bedrooms, a large lounge room area, a kitchen and open dining room, a bathroom and laundry and a front deck looking over the front garden. The house is fully furnished (with TV and Netflix streaming) and the rental comes with the supply of all items including kitchenware, bathroom-ware and bedroom-ware. All bills, including wifi and linen etc are included in the rental price.

We are located within a 15 minute drive to Wollongong Uni and a 5 minute walk to Bulli train and bus station that both go to uni. We are also a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the beach and bike path which goes directly to the Science campus of Wollongong Uni.

This space could suit individual staff or students ($150-200 per room depending on the size) or a groups of friends/family visiting the University from interstate or overseas who prefer a quiet place to study and relax. We supply all items to live comfortably so you wont need to buy anything except your food and personal items. It also suits staff/students who want to live independently but might like some help/advice nearby needed.
