3-bedroom shared house, Kruger Ave

My name is Allan. I am a 60 year old, single, retired surfer. I live at home and I'm sometimes away travelling OS to surf.

I am offering 2 bedrooms for rent, with either separate or shared bathrooms.
The bedrooms are on the smaller side. 1 is 2x3 mtrs, plus a built in wardrobe, separate bathroom, $250/wk. The other is 2. 5 mtrs sq, plus a built in wardrobe, shared bathroom, $200/wk. My house is quite large. It has 2 lounge rooms, 2 bath rooms, 3 televisions, a heated swimming pool and unlimited internet. The house is gas heated with air. I keep my home clean and tidy... And relaxed.

I am quiet and easy going. I spent most of my working life in social work. I like people. I have 2 grandkids, 6 and 9, who live nearby and drop in occasionally. I love to cook, friends, family, food and wine with the occasional party thrown in.

I live in a small community at Windang, surrounded by a surf beach, a lake and a golf course. The suburb is 1km square and flat, which makes for easy bike riding around the friendly area. It has a holiday vibe with fishing and surfing recreation. I am a 20 minute bus ride to Wollongong.

I'm looking for a flatmate, (Asian uni student) male or female, probably in their 20s or 30s (flexible), who have something they are working on and who want a beautiful place to live.
