The house comes fully furnished with all bedroom furniture (including bed, desk, chair, shelf and wardrobe). There is also a TV, washing machine and all essential kitchen appliances. There is one bathroom with a second toilet in the laundry.

Utilities and internet are included in the rent. Extra payment for heater usage.

The house is approximately 15 minutes walk to Uni and the free bus stop, and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There is also plenty of street parking if you have a car.

We are looking for a clean and quiet tenants. Open to short or longer leases.
