4-bedroom shared house, Reserve St

Are you coming to the UOW this year of 2020? I have a vacancy for a female, to share in a 4 bedroom house within walking distance of the University. The rent is $175 a week and there is a $300 cleaning fee which will be returned if the house is clean on leaving. The house is on the Uni free shuttle with the stop at the front. Although the house is old it is big and roomy and fully furnished with all appliances in kitchen, front loader washing machine and unlimited internet, all services included. There are three other students currently residing, all are quiet and studious and very welcoming. I am looking for a girl who is independent and a thinker and has the ability to manage themselves. This is a house that is particularly suited to a female from Europe, which will round off the house nicely.
The vacant room is large, downstairs and has it's own shower. The rent includes a cleaner who comes once a month and cleans the common areas i. E bathrooms, hall, kitchen dining and lounge room. Students are expected to keep their own rooms clean.
We want a friendly and clean person who is willing to do their share of the housework.
