4-bedroom shared house, Bligh St

This is a fully furnished, secure, private and clean home.

There’s three of us at the moment, doing our masters, and the rest of us have graduated and are working. So we’re looking for someone thats friendly, quite and tidy to live with us.

Your room comes with a single bed, desk, mirror, step in robe, and bookshelf, fan, heater and electric blanket.

The small room is $110 per week. This includes all bills, such as internet, gas and electricity. We have a $10 per month contribution for cleaning supplies, and a weekly rotating cleaning roster which we all do. Its not much, eg bathroom one week, kitchen the next, then the floors on the third week.

Located within walking distance to the university, shops, Beaton Park Leisure Centre, and the Free Shuttle Bus stop, which is situated 2 minute down the street.
Pets are allowed, providing its outdoors in our big flat backyard area.
