I am looking to find a student who would be looking for accommodation to live in a beautiful home in Corrimal (own furnished room, bathroom, utilities, in a beautiful home near the beach and beautiful parks). Bus stop outside the front of the house and short walk to Corrimal train station.
We would preferably like a female student who could also provide some occasional care to an elderly woman, who is 75 years of age living in the home.
Her husband, who is also 75 lives in the home too and he is completely healthy and mobile.
In the case of being able to assist with regular evening care, weekly rent would not be charged for the term of the lease.
