4 bedroom house, sharing with 1 single working male (47) and my two girls (10 & 13) stay on weekend.
Looking for a well balanced human being with good values. Who is neat and tidy and fairly quiet. Rent includes all utilities, I have a large backyard and chickens and nice quiet location. Happy to accommodate international students or domestic students.
Your room comes with a queen sized mattress, study desk and built in wardrobe. Household has washing machine and dryer or clothesline if you prefer. Off street parking.
Will provide meals and food and an extra cost agreed upon, will help with commuting around if I am free to do so (taking shopping or the occasional drop off or pick up) for international students I am happy to show you sights and activities if desired (new to Australia etc)
Bus stop 50 meters away with direct busses to the university and Wollongong. Close to figtree grove (2 mins drive or 20 minute walk).
