3-bedroom shared house, Hale Street

Hi, we are a professional couple with a room to share in our house.
The house is spacious, clean, quiet, renovated, has a nice garden and is fully furnished.
The room has queen size bed, set of draws, built in robe and ceiling fan. There is a separate bathroom.
We have 2 small friendly dogs, cavoodle and a spoodle.
There is a bus and train nearby for easy access to the University. The beach is a 10 minute stroll or short bike ride away.
We can be flexible on the term - short or longer stay. Flexible start date.
