4-bedroom shared townhouse, Archibald Rd

4 year old 2 storey property occupied by retired couple. Prior to retirement hosted international students through QUT Brisbane for 15 years. We have 2 spare bedrooms with a bathroom and loungeroom for the 2 rooms, presently neither room is occupied. The beds are new we provide good quality linen and blankets and towels and linen is changed every week. We do all the cleaning. We also provide the food and do the cooking.
