Room for rent for $275 per week, in a 4 bedroom house with a working father of two girls who are home on the weekends.
I am neat and tidy and expect the same, I don’t drink or smoke or take drugs (I am no wowser by any means) I am very chilled.

I am looking for a student who is a good human being, neat, tidy and respectful.

No drug takers or excessive drinkers or smokers!

Room is large with built in wardrobes, it comes fully furnished with a queen size bed and linen (luxury mattress) and a desk for study. Price includes utilities, internet (unlimited data). I have chickens and a vegetable garden (your a welcome to anything in it and also for a green thumb you are welcome to help and plant your own food) shared bathroom (it has a lock for privacy and I am male but It is very clean) front balcony and rear balcony and large yard. Washer and dryer, all relivant appliances and kitchen items and aircon. Will supply food and cook for you at an extra cost negotiated) however I am not the kind of person that isn’t immune to sharing if I’m cooking anyway. International students welcome!

Household basics like cleaning products, toilet paper etc. Is included in the price.

Rent must be two weeks in advance at all times. Minimum 3 months stay and if you wish to move please give 2 weeks notice. $500 key deposit! Feel free to DM me if you would like to organise a time to meet or discuss - regards Sean
