Hi, we are a professional couple with a room to share in our house, available from 2 July 2024.
The house is spacious, clean, quiet and renovated. The house is fully furnished, it has five bedrooms but we use two rooms as offices so there are three actual bedrooms. (Only one room is let as a study stay, the spare room isn’t let. )
There is also a nice spacious leafy garden, a back deck and a fire pit area.
The room has a queen size bed, set of draws, built in robe and a ceiling fan. There is a separate bathroom.
We have 2 small friendly dogs, a cavoodle and a spoodle - so it is essential that you like dogs.
Transport - There is a bus and train nearby for easy access to the University.
Beach - The beach is a 10 minute stroll or short bike ride away.
Term - We can be flexible on the length of stay.
