Property is close to most amenities (ie Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Asian groceries) and within walking distance to Wollongong Mall (5 minute bus ride away).

All rooms have floorboards and is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk and side table. The house is furnished with a microwave, electric cooktop, fridge, and washing machine.

All amenities are covered except for electricity which is shared between flat mates at $20/week, which is in addition to the weekly rent. Amount is subject to change due to usage and increase in electricity prices.

There is one bathroom with two separate toilets in the house.
