4-bedroom shared house, Walang Avenue

Welcome! I'm a mum of two teenagers and two small dogs in Figtree. We have a medium room for a female student. The room is accessible externally to the house. It is fully furnished with king single bed, bed linen, TV, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is a toilet next to your room in the shared laundry. From your room there is outdoor seating area and a large garden to relax or study in. Please note we have a bee hive down the far end of the backyard - the bees don't bother us but something you should know if you are allergic! The kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom is in the main house. I'm looking for a nonsmoker/vaper who is clean, can be social with us if they like but also has their own full life. There is a bus stop directly out the front of the house to travel into town and it is a short walk to the bus stop for the bus route that goes direct to UOW. There is also a bike and helmet you are welcome to use during your time with us.
