3-bedroom shared house, A Binya Place, Unit

Hello there,

I'm Melissa, the owner of this awesome place I'd like to tell you about. While I don't live there myself, I can vouch for the fact that the girls who do are an absolute blast to be around.

This house is a safe haven for responsible young women who want to share a living space. We're especially looking for female uni students who are up for movie nights, a bit of a drink, and a generally good time. Cleanliness is key, as is being on top of bill payments. Oh, and did I mention the girls have the cutest dog named Bear who's all about the cuddles?

The room up for grabs is 2. 6m x 3. 6m, and it's got a double mirrored wardrobe built right into the wall. There's even a skylight you can open to let in that fresh air. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but they're separate, so no worries there. The whole house has this warm and open vibe that's hard to resist.

All the shared spaces come fully furnished, and as for the bedroom, there's a single bed currently in there, but that's totally flexible.

When it comes to money stuff, you're looking at a bond of three weeks' rent, and you'd need to pay two weeks' rent upfront. Water's included in the rent, and the rest is split evenly among all roommates.
