Rooms for rent!! A new house is available to rent, and there are 4 rooms to rent out. So you can take your pick…

Room 1:
A large bedroom with a King Size Bed and a VERY comfortable mattress. You will have your own ensuite and a step in wardrobe. It has a large sliding door onto the covered back balcony (shared area). A mattress protector, sheets, dona and dona covered are included. You only need to bring yourself! $280 per week including all utilities for single person or $400 per week for couple including all utilities.

Room 2:
A large bedroom at the front of the house with big windows overlooking the vegetable garden. Includes a queen size fold out sofa bed and storage tubs. Sheets and a comforter are included. If you prefer to bring your own bed, there is enough room for that too. You could also store the sofa bed in the garage if you prefer not to have it. Bathroom would be shared with 2 other rooms. $240 per week including all utilities for single person or $360 per week for couple including all utilities.

Room 3:
A medium bedroom towards the back of the house including a desk, and storage unit. Please note, this room has no bed. You can bring your own single or double bed. It comes with built in wardrobe. Bathroom would be shared with 2 other rooms. $200 per week including all utilities for single person. This room is not suitable for a couple.

Room 4:
A medium bedroom towards the back of the house including a King Single Bed and mattress. It comes with a mattress protector, sheets and dona. (this can be removed if you prefer to bring your own bed). There are built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a small storage unit. Bathroom would be shared with 2 other rooms. $210 per week including all utilities for single person. This room is not suitable for a couple.

All other areas of the house are fully furnished. The living room has a large tv and two couches that can seat up to 5 people. There is a beautiful wooden dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is open plan with a walk in pantry and dishwasher. Plates, cups, pots, plans, utensils are all provided. The laundry has a washing machine and a condenser dryer. There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in all areas of the house. There is a large undercover back deck over looking the large grassed yard with an outdoor dining setting that is perfect for entertaining, or enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. There is a bbq and second fridge on the veranda.

If you like to grow your own food, there is an established vegetable garden that you can maintain and reap the rewards of nutrient dense home grown produce.

There is a large driveway, however there is no access to the garage.

As it is new to the market, all 4 rooms are available (for now). So if you and some friends want to try living together this would be a perfect option. Or, if you are just looking for one room, you can have your pick and meet some other great roommates in the process.
