Great bedroom in a large house with a pool and plenty of room for everyone. Length of stay negotiable. Rent includes all utilities, and I can provide food at an extra cost if you wish.
Upstairs there’s a kitchen, dining room, lounge, balcony, bathroom and it’s where my room and my kids’ rooms are (they’re in primary school and live with me half the time).
Downstairs there are two rooms (one other housemate and this room), a bathroom, a rumpus room with TV and Wii, and a backyard and swimming pool.
We’re clean and tidy, pretty sociable, but everyone has their own space for when they feel like having some downtime. I’m sustainably minded, love cooking, and we enjoy board games and plenty of time outdoors.
The beach is 20 minutes’ walk away, and there’s a park just 2 minutes’ walk up the street. There are buses into town and to UOW 5 minutes’ walk away, the train is about 15 minutes’ walk, or there are great cycleways everywhere and we have a spare bike if you want to use it.
Alternatively there is plenty of parking on our quiet street and anything in Wollongong is just a few minutes’ drive away.
