4-bedroom shared house, Foothills Road

Room close to UOW main campus or innovation campus. Your room looks out onto back garden with a green outlook. The room has sliding doors out onto the deck, with block-out curtains for those who like to sleep-in.

There are two living spaces (one with a TV), an open plan kitchen and two bathrooms. Ground floor house with beautiful native garden.

Your bedroom is at the back of the house and separate to other bedrooms. The back bathroom would predominately be yours, but occasionally used by us or guests. The newly renovated back bathroom also has the washer and dryer, which you’re welcome to use.

It's a 10min bike ride to the beach. We're close to the bus stop, the free bus and other public transport options.

You’ll be sharing the house with myself, my two sons (high school aged) who live with me half the time and our cats. I’m a busy professional, mostly working from home for an NGO and I run local community building events.

We’re a busy active family and are often up early and out at sport. We’re open to someone who wants to live separately or would prefer to eat dinner with us.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Length of stay negotiable. Rent includes all utilities, and I can provide food at an extra cost.
