3 Bedroom Brick House(As per pic) well maintained with separate double garage. Room available is at the back of the house. Kitchen/Dining and Bathroom very close to room. Student expected to try to keep their bedroom and also bathroom and kitchen as clean as possible. 10 Minute walk to Free Shuttle Bus that brings student to The University of Wollongong or even Wollongong City. Non Smoking and No Pets. A queen sized bed in a medium size bedroom with wardrobe available. Dining room has a dining table with 4 chairs. Kitchen in good order, with fridge and microwave oven/stove plus most utensils catered for but often students will want to use there own cutlery. Two toilets present one of which is solely for the students use. Two showers available as well with one shower only for student use. No gas connected in house.
