Room for rent for $200 per week inclusive of all bills in a 4 bedroom house, Room is large with built in wardrobes, it comes fully furnished with a queen size bed and linen (luxury mattress) and a desk for study and a lock on the door!
Price includes:
utilities, internet (unlimited data), basic hold items (cleaning products and sanitary items)
Will provide meals every night 7 nights a week, if desired at an extra cost of $50 per week.
(I can cook Indian, Asian, Italian cuisine as good as any restaurant)
shared bathroom (it has a lock for privacy) front balcony and rear balcony and large yard. Washer and dryer, all relivant appliances and kitchen items and aircon. (Have a wok and rice cooker)
Close to the bus stop (1 minute walk) or 10 minutes walk to unnanderra train station.
For international students travel to and from university is $3. 05 each way, and bus number 35 goes directly to university busses 33, 34, 36 & 41 stop at Wollongong hospital to
Link up with the free bus making travel to and from university easy and effective.
Figtree grove is 10 minutes walk and all shops are catered for (groceries, kmart etc)
Rent must be two weeks in advance at all times. Minimum 3 months stay and 4 weeks notice required. $800 key deposit!
