This is a lodging arrangement directly managed by the landlord.
Students here are quiet, busy and generally keep to themselves although very friendly.
You will have your own room, common areas will be shared with 3 international students, male and female, who have been here many years.
There is no parking at this house.
Room 1 (f2r1) is available from 17th June, Room 2 (f2r4) is available from 2nd June, inspections are by appointment.
Please provide some information about yourself, your needs and your expectations for compatibility check first if you want to arrange an inspection.
Preference will be given to a mature student who can demonstrate they have a competent ability to do their part in keeping the house clean, for example not have a phobia towards things like using bleach spray in wet areas or using the vacuum cleaner.
Outdoor lawn mowing and general maintenance is done by the home owner.
