Single room available for female student to share beautiful, safe and secure home with 2 single females and friendly dog.
The room being offered is upstairs. The upstairs level has 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom (with shower/toilet) and kitchenette (inc fridge, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, toaster). Bathroom and kitchenette to be used by a total of 2 female students.

The available room has a king single bed, bedside table, study desk and built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and all linen supplied.
The room is light filled has direct access to a balcony with beautiful escarpment views

The house is new, beautiful and clean, 2 storey home in a very quiet peaceful area, with beautiful garden, deck and surrounded by trees and escarpment views. The house is occupied by myself - the owner. I am a mature age, easy going female and I live downstairs with my adorable and friendly dog. The downstairs area includes my bedroom and bathroom, living/dining and separate kitchen and laundry. I am friendly and supportive- happy to provide assistance with transport to supermarket if needed.

There is bus a stop just around the corner which goes to the Wollongong campus- Bus Route 3/8.
The room is available from 27 June and I looking for a female student who enjoys a quiet household, appreciates nature and likes dogs!
