3-bedroom shared house, Shoobert Crescent

One large bedroom is available in a four bedroom house, sharing with two other tenants (one boy, one girl). Both current tenants work. One other small room is currently used as storage.

There is one bathroom with a second toilet in the laundry. The room can be furnished, unfurnished or partly furnished if preferred.

Utilities and internet are included in the rent.

The house is approximately 15 minutes walk to Uni and the free bus stop, and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There is also plenty of street parking if you have a car.
