We’re a friendly and laid-back household looking for a flatmate to join our recently renovated cottage. Living here are two females, aged 24 and 55. The 24-year-old is a final-year law student at the University of Wollongong, and the 55-year-old works from home as a graphic designer.

The available room is a medium-sized bedroom (3. 4 x 3. 5m) that can comfortably fit a queen-size bed and comes with a built-in wardrobe for ample storage. All utilities (electricity, water, internet, and pay TV) are included in the rent, so no surprise bills!

We share the space with two adorable elderly cats, two sweet elderly dogs, and four chickens that give us fresh eggs. Plus, we have a vegetable garden where you’re welcome to pick some fresh produce!

The house has recently been renovated, featuring a brand-new kitchen perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. We take pride in maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone in the household, and we’re looking for someone who values the same.
