Location is convenient with a 3 minute walk to Fairy Meadow restaurants, shops and free shuttle bus route to University of Wollongong and Wollongong Business District.

Rent is $140 per week (bills not included) with 4 weeks equivalent bond. Formal Lease is provided.

Utilities managed by tenants and shared between all tenants. NBN internet is available.

About the house: The house is fully furnished with fridge, microwave and washing machine all provided. The living room is spacious with lots of natural light and shared bathroom/toilet.

The bedroom is large and spacious. It is lockable and has a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, study desk, a lounge chair, pedestal fan, single bed and bed linen.

Separate dining and lounge space are fully furnished with lounges and TV.

Dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen in good order, with fridge and microwave oven/stove plus most utensils catered for but often tenants will want to use their own cutlery.

New tenant expected to keep their bedroom clean and share cleaning of common areas with the other co-tenants.

House is Non Smoking and no pets allowed.
