It has a large main bedroom with a Queen bed and a smaller second bedroom with a single bed plus a sunroom with a day bed. It is a downstairs apartment, with one apartment upstairs. Neighbours have children so suits people not having parties.
The sunroom has 180 degree views over the ocean, harbour, escarpment and steelworks so you can watch the big ships come in or enjoy the magnificent sunsets as you work.
It is all set up for an easy and comfortable stay with fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher) and laundry, TV, DVD, wifi, record player and games and puzzles. It is sustainable with 2kw Solar panels and organic veggie garden (which you are welcome to graze and/or weed! ). It is also dog friendly so your canine companions are welcome.
Port Kembla is a much overlooked town but it has beautiful beaches, a great saltwater pool, great dog beaches to let your dogs have a run and a swim and a burgeoning café and live music culture. It is also close to Lake Illawarra which is great for fishing canoeing, sailing, windsurfing and snorkelling.
