2-bedroom house, Railway Crescent

Seeking a mature single person, living alone. On offer is the whole top floor of a large home. It is accessed via a stairwell which passes through the middle storey of my home, but is fully private once upstairs. The space is large, light and airy, with a cathedral ceilinged living, dining / working space plus 2 spacious bedrooms, whilst there are only limited kitchen facilities, there is a lovely bathroom and extra toilet.

The total floorspace is approximately the size of a 3 bedroom unit, however you are high up in a beautifully finished house which overlooks trees on every side, guests find it a welcoming and serene living space. The quietness of this area means it best suits a mature person looking for a quiet, safe haven, as there is little excitement on offer. It is best to have your own transport, the university is a 30 minute drive.

I am seeking a single person ideally, but for $125 more per week I would consider two female friends as sharing tenants.

Bedrooms are dual aspect with large closets. With excellent wi-fi, the living area includes a couch, armchair and a TV with streaming. There is also a 4 seat dining table plus a work desk overlooking huge green trees. It includes basic kitchen facilities, (think hotel style) with bar fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle etc. Whilst it is not a full kitchen for cooking, you are be able to prepare breakfast, lunch etc and heat up dinner. Plates, cutlery and pantry basics are provided, food deliveries can be accepted whilst you're out. (I'm open to allowing you to batch cook in my kitchen a couple of times a week).

There is a large bathroom (including an amazing bath) and an extra toilet on the top floor. There are views out to the ocean from bedroom 1 and the hallway windows.

There is safe street parking and access to a shared laundry. You are also welcome to use the courtyard and outdoor dining table off the stairwell and enjoy the amazing 3 acre backyard.

Stanwell Park is a close knit community in a stunning coastal town. The house is close walking distance to the beach, parks and cafes.
Our community is a quiet and peaceful place which suits mature people. There is a train station and bus connections to Wollongong in Stanwell Park as well, plus it's possible to car pool as we have great community spirit here.
