4-bedroom shared house, Pastureland Street

A choice of any of the two medium sized rooms. Both rooms have single bed and fully furnished. The rooms are recommended for preferably students, who intends to stay minimum of 6-12 months. After 6 months, renewal of rent is possible.

Rooms have built in wardrobe, single bed with mattress, a small study table, bookshelf, mirror, chair and a lamp. Tenants should secure their own linens for the bed. Near the bedrooms is a small study area with chair and printer. Internet, electricity, water included in the rent.

The house is very well located within the new estate with friendly neighbours. The nearest train station and shopping mall is 5 min by car or 40 minutes on foot. There are buses and trains that goes straight to the University at regular 30 min interval during peak hours morning or late afternoons, from the nearest train station called Dapto station. The nearest bus stop is either 5 min by car or approximately 5 or 20 min on foot, from the property.

The property is roughly 20 min away to local beaches by car. There is a beautiful mountain scenery while you walk around the estate.

Separate bathroom and toilet shared with owners of the house. They can prepare their own breakfast. Tenants can cook dinner on week days or weekends if they so desire using the appliances provided for them at the pergola such as microwave oven, fridge, cooktop.

Tenants are expected to share with a few household chores such as vacuuming their own rooms, washing their own dishes and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, toilet and bathroom.

Laundry is available to wash and/or dry clothes. If you are not keen to walk, it is advisable to have a car where an off street parking is provided.
