3-bedroom shared house, Hale Street

Room available for 3 months - Quiet, friendly home - sharing with a couple and 2 small dogs.

Hi, we are a professional couple with a room to share in our house.
Our house is spacious, clean, quiet and renovated. Its fully furnished and it has five bedrooms but we use two rooms as home offices so there are three actual bedrooms. (Only one room is let as a study stay, the spare room isn’t let. )
There is also a nice spacious leafy garden, a back deck and a fire pit area.
The room has a queen size bed, set of draws, built in robe and a ceiling fan. There is a separate bathroom.
We have 2 small friendly dogs, a cavoodle and a spoodle - so it is essential that you like dogs.
Transport - There is a bus and train nearby for easy access to the University.
Beach - The beach is a 10-15 minute walk or short bike ride away.
Term - We can be flexible on the length of stay up to 3 months max.
