Description
Currently let - unavailable until August 2026.
Room available for up to 3 months in our quiet, friendly and spacious home.
Hi, we are a professional couple with a spare room available to share in our home.
Our home is spacious, clean, quiet and renovated. It’s fully furnished and it has five bedrooms but we use two rooms as home offices so there are three actual bedrooms. (Only one room is let as a study stay, the other spare room isn’t let. )
There is also a nice spacious leafy garden, a back deck, pool and a fire pit area.
The room has a queen size bed, set of draws, built in robe and a ceiling fan. There is a separate 2nd bathroom / laundry. The 2nd bathroom is for sole use by incoming student.
We have 2 small friendly dogs, a cavoodle and a spoodle - so it is essential that you like dogs.
Transport - There is a bus and train nearby for easy access to the University. The main campus is around 30 - 40 minutes on the bus or a 15/20 minute drive.
Beach - The beach is a 10-15 minute walk or short bike ride away.
Term - We can be flexible on the length of stay up to max 3 months.
If you are looking for a quiet, friendly home while you commence your studies at UOW and you are comfortable around dogs we’d love to hear from you.
