The studio sits beneath a family home with two young children. We’re out during the week with full-time work and childcare, so the space is generally quiet, though you may hear some household noise at times - much like in an apartment setting. The studio is fully self-contained and private, making it ideal for someone seeking a peaceful coastal base close to everything.
