4-bedroom shared house, Joyce Lane

Our home is a spacious character filled single story home.
We have a room available in our family home.
This room is a very beautiful room. It has stained glass windows and leafy outlook from two different corner windows. We haven’t put a desk in yet but we will do it soon.
We are a family of four: consisting of two working parents and two boys who are aged 9 and 11.. Our garden is beautiful and expansive and we have a swimming pool. We have very easy access via bus into Wollongong CBD just down the road from our house. The beach is a 10 minute drive away and there are many beautiful beaches and nature all around. We have a view of a beautiful escarpment behind our house.

We are looking for a friendly and considerate person with a positive attitude to life. If you’re after a drama free home and don’t mind doing your bit to keep the house clean and tidy we’re on the same page.
We think it’s great to have a friendship within the home, but also respect each other’s space and privacy.
Ideally we would like someone who is quiet and enjoys their own space. Show less.
