4-bedroom shared house, Pastureland St

Our house is set in a new estate where the neighbours are nice and care for each other. There is a beautiful view of the mountains while you enjoy a leisurely walk around the sprawling estate. You have your own fully furnished carpeted bedroom where you will be given your own space and privacy. There is also another study/office area outside the room where you can work & have a cuppa. A separate bath and toilet is provided 3 steps away from the BR. Kitchen is provided in the pergola should you decide to cook. Street parking is also available. There are 4 bedrooms, in our house; wherein two are rented out mostly to students, the 3rd for visitors and the 4th, an ensuite for me and my husband. There is an area in the kitchen where you can have coffee or tea, complete with toaster, water boiler, sandwich press, microwave oven and all other necessities for everyday living.

You will enjoy the view at our backyard with flowers, bonsai and fruit trees. If you love the water, beaches are just 15-20 min awayfrom the property, while Lake Illawarra, is only 5 min both by car. There is a bus stop 3-4 min on foot from our house that goes to the nearest train station (5 min) or bus stop that can take you to the University of Wollongong, downtown central, shopping centres, beaches, etc. Our place is in a quiet estate and it is just me and my husband who lives there. Occasionally, our children with their kids visit us and tenants are informed way ahead of time.
