Room has a walk-in wardrobe, desk, shelf, fan, windows with plenty of light, insect screens, high speed internet, washing machine. An independent student kitchen downstairs with drawers and cupboards to do your own cooking. Includes a full size student fridge. The previous girl, now graduated, came from Kerela and I loved her dedication to study. Other students would sometimes study together in my library on their MEng projects. My house is a house of study and I too am a full time university student.
