Separate pantry for students groceries. Students have their own fridge and freezer. Family room available for students to share. Close to UNI,within walking distance,close to Free bus stop,and shops. Situated right next to a park,which is available for public use. Family environment. Student must be comfortable with pets 1
cats and 2 small pug dog. Rent for one room is $190 00 per week everything included except food. If student wishes to share room with another student,rent would be $140. 00 per person. Bond is 2 weeks rent ,plus 2 weeks rent in advance.. Late payement of rent is not negotiable. Rent is to be paid every 4 weeks. Two weeks notice must be given, prior to student leaving.
